1. Purpose

These Terms apply to the CEO / General Manager application form and any materials you submit (“Application”). By submitting an Application, you agree to these Terms.

2. No Offer / No Commitment

Submitting an Application does not create an employment relationship, a contractor relationship, or any obligation for TTAE to hire you. TTAE may change, pause, or end the recruitment process at any time.

3. Accuracy of Information

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. If anything materially changes (e.g., contact info or availability), you will notify us.

4. What You Should Not Submit

• Confidential client information or trade secrets from current/past employers
• Sensitive personal IDs (passport numbers, national IDs), health data, or similar sensitive data
• Any content you do not have the right to share

5. Use of Submitted Materials

You grant TTAE a limited, non‑exclusive right to review, store, and process your submitted materials solely for recruitment and internal evaluation. If you submit a case/pitch deck, keep it high‑level and non‑confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

Your existing intellectual property remains yours. Unless separately agreed in writing, nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your pre‑existing IP to TTAE.

7. Background / Reference Checks

Where permitted by law and relevant to the role, TTAE may request references or conduct background checks. We will seek your permission when required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTAE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this application form or participation in the recruitment process.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If mandatory local employment laws apply to parts of the recruitment process, those mandatory rules still apply.
